Purchasing a Cleveland Bucket List^TM event ticket means that you have agreed to these and other terms on the site.  These terms are subject to change, and you are responsible to review this page for any updates to the terms and/or conditions.  
 
Cancellation / Refund Policies
As residents of northeast Ohio, we all appreciate the unique character that Ohio weather can provide.  All Cleveland Bucket List^TM events are considered "a go" unless the Governor of Ohio declares a state of emergency for the county in which the Cleveland Bucket List^TM event is being held on the same day that the event is being held.  It is the Cleveland Bucket List^TM policy that no refunds be given even if a state of emergency is declared; provided that if a Cleveland Bucket ListTM event is cancelled due to the declaration of a state of emergency, then you will be able to apply the purchase price for your ticket to future Cleveland Bucket List^TM event tickets.  Due to the unique nature of Cleveland Bucket List^TM events (many of which have only a limited number of attendees), we are unable to provide refunds if you cancel your reservation for a Cleveland Bucket ListTM event; however, you may have someone else attend the event in your place (using your ticket) or you may apply the purchase price for your ticket (less an administrative fee based upon that particular event) to future Cleveland Bucket List^TM event tickets.
